Treatments

The full menu, in plain words.

Nine treatments and one bridal day. For each: what actually happens in the chair, who it suits, and what comes with it. Add the ones you want and send a single request at the end.

The scalp

Scalp care, treated like skin care.

Hair can only look as good as the skin it grows from. Five treatments to clear it, feed it, calm it and finish it. Book one, or stack several.

Korean scalp detox & scrub

Lifts product build-up and dead skin from the scalp and hairline, so everything that follows can actually absorb.

What happens

  1. A look at your scalp and a chat about what you notice
  2. A gentle scrub lifts build-up and dead skin
  3. A thorough cleanse and rinse
  4. A short massage to finish

Good for

  • Build-up from oils, sprays and styling products
  • Hair that goes flat or greasy within a day
  • A clean start before another scalp treatment

Scalp massage with ginseng oil

Slow, warm-oil pressure from the nape to the temples. You may well drift off.

What happens

  1. Warm ginseng oil worked in section by section
  2. Slow pressure from the nape up to the temples and crown
  3. Time left to rest while the oil settles

Good for

  • Tension that climbs from the neck into the head
  • Stress, poor sleep, a head that won't switch off
  • Dry or tight-feeling scalps

Hair loss treatment & steam

A scalp-focused treatment under warm steam, aimed at creating better conditions for growth. We'll tell you honestly what to expect.

What happens

  1. A scalp check and an honest conversation about what to expect
  2. Warm steam to open and soften the scalp
  3. The treatment is worked in, with massage to keep blood moving
  4. A gentle rinse

Good for

  • Visible thinning or a widening parting
  • Shedding that has you worried
  • Wanting a calmer, healthier scalp for growth

Anti-dandruff therapy

For flaking, itch and tightness. Clears the scale first, then calms and rebalances the scalp.

What happens

  1. Scale is softened and lifted from the scalp
  2. A calming treatment is applied to settle irritation
  3. Rinse, then guidance on aftercare at home

Good for

  • White or yellow flakes on the scalp or shoulders
  • Itching, tightness or irritation
  • Flaking that keeps coming back

Gentle blow dry

Low-tension drying for natural hair and extensions alike, so nothing gets pulled or scorched on the way out.

What happens

  1. Hair is sectioned and detangled with care
  2. Dried on a controlled heat, working with your texture
  3. Finished smooth, without pulling at the roots or attachments

Good for

  • Natural hair that needs to be dried without tension
  • Extensions that shouldn't be tugged or overheated
  • Finishing off any scalp treatment

Face, hands and feet

For the places you carry the day.

Face and neck, arms and hands, feet and legs. Two of these arrive with a classic clean manicure or pedicure.

Facial & neck massage

Face, jaw, neck and the tops of the shoulders, where most of us store the week.

What happens

  1. Skin is cleansed and prepared
  2. Massage across the face, jaw and temples
  3. Long, steady work through the neck and tops of the shoulders

Good for

  • A tight jaw, neck or shoulders
  • A tired, flat-looking face
  • Screen and desk-work tension

Arm & hand lymphatic massage

Long, light strokes toward the lymph nodes to ease heavy, puffy arms and hands.

What happens

  1. Light, slow strokes from the hands up the arm toward the lymph nodes
  2. Gentle pumping movements to encourage fluid to move
  3. Your classic clean manicure to finish

Good for

  • Heavy, puffy or swollen-feeling arms and hands
  • Stiff hands after long days of typing or lifting
  • Wanting a manicure with real care built in

  • Tired feet after long hours standing or walking

Thai reflexology

Firm, rhythmic pressure along the feet and lower legs. Stronger than a foot spa, and meant to be.

  1. Feet are cleansed and warmed
  2. Firm, rhythmic pressure along the sole and up the lower leg

Good to know before you come

Tell us about your scalp and skin
When you book, mention allergies, sensitive skin, recent colouring or chemical treatments, and any scalp condition you already know about.
Hair loss treatment supports; it doesn't cure
It's aimed at a healthier scalp for growth. Sudden or patchy hair loss is worth showing a doctor, and we'll say so if we think that's you.
Mix and match
Most scalp treatments can be combined in one visit. Add what you like to your request and we'll suggest an order when we confirm.
Manicure and pedicure are built in
They come with the lymphatic arm & hand massage and the foot spa & reflexology, so there's no need to book them separately.
